Terms and Conditions

• Estimates: All estimates are free of charge and valid for 30 days. The final price may vary if the client requests additional changes or extra work during the project.

• Payments: For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless a prior deposit plan has been agreed upon for larger projects.

• Safety & Access: The client agrees to provide full access to the work area and to inform us of the location of any private utility lines (such as irrigation systems or buried cables) not marked by the city.

• Cancellations: We kindly request at least a 24–48-hour notice for any cancellations of scheduled maintenance services.

• Satisfaction Guarantee: At Capybara Landscape, our priority is your peace of mind. If you are not satisfied with any detail of our work, please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.
